Service and contact
GAIAI Agents lets you create and run agents for customer conversations and team work. You provide business information, tasks and working rules; actions using connected tools depend on the permissions you grant.
Send questions about use, support or agreements for the GAIAI-branded product to [email protected]. This page describes the rules for using the service.
Prepare your accounts and agent
You sign in to the console with Google. You must have authority to use connected accounts, share the data you provide and grant permissions for your organization. Protect account access and report unfamiliar actions.
Before activating the agent, check its profile, response sources and task scope. Choose management Space members according to their responsibilities. Update the agent’s settings when information or permissions change.
Plans and usage
Current Pro and Max prices, monthly credit allowances and cardless trial terms are shown on the pricing page. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Chat Space agents share one business balance; unused monthly credits do not roll over. There is no automatic overage charge or extra credit sale in the first release.
You may cancel at any time and retain access until the paid period ends. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal, with no mid-period proration. If renewal payment fails, new paid agent work stops while account, payment correction and support access remain available. Refund requests are reviewed through support; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
When a paid plan becomes active, unused trial credits expire and are not added to the paid period allowance. Work started during the trial and its records remain associated with that period; changing plans does not automatically complete or cancel that work.
The first release has no control to undo a scheduled cancellation or edit or cancel a pending plan change. Creating a support request does not guarantee that either change will be reversed.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful purposes and with information you are authorized to access. Do not use it for unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unauthorized collection of personal data or bypassing platform restrictions.
Respect others’ intellectual property and privacy rights. You retain your rights in content you provide and must have the authority needed to use it in the service and send it to relevant providers. AI output is not promised to be original or free of third-party rights.
Tasks, replies and data
Agents do more than draft text: they can send replies in an authorized channel and act through connected tools. Define the task scope and record-keeping conditions clearly. AI can produce incorrect responses; check important commitments and action results.
Muse Contributor terms permit inputs and replies sent to the model to be used for training Meta models. Other services have different data terms. Google’s Limited Use rules also apply to Workspace information; consent to a transfer does not remove them. See the privacy notice for details.
Connected platforms
Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and model services apply their own access, use and data terms. Your agent depends on their connections and the continuing validity of the permissions you grant.
WhatsApp QR pairing uses WhatsApp Web through open-wa; it is not the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API connection. This connection method is subject to platform account restrictions. Instagram messaging also operates under the connected account’s permissions and Meta’s rules.

Stop work or remove access
You can pause or delete an agent and remove connected-account access on the relevant platforms. Check the status of any action already started. Pausing and disconnecting do not erase previous messages or created documents.
Unauthorized use, lost connections or platform restrictions can stop work. Email [email protected] with account and channel details about a problem or a request to end service use. For personal-data requests, follow the process in the privacy notice.
