Accounts and the management area
Actions run in the context of the relevant user, organization, agent and channel. Connecting a channel account and accessing a Google file require different permissions.
Check who belongs to the management Space. This area is for the team managing business information and agent rules; customers talk with the agent in its connected customer channel.
Tool access and permission to act
To use a tool, its application permission, your organization’s entitlement and the connected Google account’s access scope must all allow it. Writing a task in the profile does not itself grant tool access.
An agent can send messages, create documents or update records using authorized tools. Specify the target and scope of the task. Do not assume each action has a separate human approval step; check important commitments and results.
Follow the status of the work
Task and delivery records are kept to follow progress and investigate problems. Receiving a request, completing the work and delivering a message are separate stages.
A connection or permission issue can affect the result. Before starting the same task again, check its latest status and any document or record it created.
Credentials and model services
Google connection credentials are stored encrypted in the database. Credential files used in the agent’s execution environment are restricted by file permissions. Do not share account passwords, access keys or QR codes in support messages.
Task content and information taken from the files used may be sent to a model service. The privacy notice explains training and retention distinctions, including Muse Contributor; a tool’s name alone does not identify the service processing the data.
Report a concern
Send security reports to [email protected]. The channel, event time and a brief example without personal data help with investigation. Do not share passwords, tokens or QR codes.
