Terms of Service
These terms apply to GAIAI services, including AI-assisted business operations, reporting, advertising support, messaging workflows and integrations with Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
AI-assisted outputs
GAIAI may provide AI-assisted drafts, recommendations, reports and operational actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before external publication, advertising spend or customer communication.
Integrations
Connected services may require user or business authorization. Revoking permissions may limit or stop related functionality.
Advertising and spend
Advertising configuration, campaign launch, budget changes and spend activation require authorized approval from the customer or business administrator. GAIAI does not guarantee advertising results.
