This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data processed by GAIAI through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and connected business integrations.
Verify ownership
We may ask for limited information to confirm the account or business asset. Include the Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account or business asset you want us to review. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card numbers or authentication codes.
Delete or anonymize
Eligible data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required. We will confirm receipt and process eligible deletion or anonymization requests within a commercially reasonable period, unless a legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or compliance obligation requires retention.
