This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data processed by GAIAI through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and connected business integrations.

Send request
Email us from the address connected to your account or business profile.

Verify ownership
We may ask for limited information to confirm the account or business asset.

Delete or anonymize
Eligible data is removed or anonymized unless retention is legally mandated.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "GAIAI Data Deletion Request".
- Include the Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account or business asset you want us to review. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card numbers, or authentication codes.
- We will confirm receipt and process eligible deletion or anonymization requests within a commercially reasonable period, unless a legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance obligation requires retention.
